Initial Contact &
Requirements Gathering

Client reaches out via phone, email, or form.

We request key information: wall measurements, surface type, photos of space, desired timeline, and initial design concept.
Artwork Consultation & Design Planning

We collaborate with the client to select or create the mural design.

Design reviews are conducted with attention to aesthetic goals and emotional impact.

We assess print limitations and identify where our machine can and cannot access based on space constraints.
Site Assessment & Print Feasibility

We define print boundaries and surface compatibility.

Required conditions: flat surface, dust-free, 16°C to 40°C, low humidity.

Our printer requires:

Working distance of 1.5m from the wall (can be less if needed)

Lateral clearance: mural width plus 1m

Tool storage space: 1m x 1.2m

Power: 1 x 240V, 13A socket

Print surface must be flat; scaffolding may be used if elevated access is required.

Image Processing & Testing

Design files are optimised for resolution and scaled.

Test prints may be conducted in our studio to ensure quality.

Files are loaded into our print system and ready for deployment.
On-Site Preparation & Setup

All equipment is loaded into a compact van (future plans include electric vehicles).

Unloading is efficient with minimal disturbance 30 mins.

Printer setup and calibration are completed in under 30 mins
Mural Printing
& Monitoring

Printing begins based on approved designs.

Print time averages:

1.5 hours/m² for direct colour
-
2.5 hours/m² with white base for enhanced vibrancy

Operator monitors progress, adjusts settings, and prepares next stages if necessary.
Completion & Finishing Options

Site cleaned and mural reviewed for quality.

Optional: PU clear-coat or lacquer applied for durability in high-traffic or wet areas (e.g. pools).

Post-print photos are taken for client record and promotional use
Aftercare Guidance

We provide aftercare instructions for longevity and maintenance.

Optional follow-up for additional installations or mural expansions.
